They can then offer unique services to their existing and future clients, giving data for decision making by large institutions and their investors.

For example, an appraisal company’s sales office in United States, has to interface with Indian or Chinese appraisal staff that then visits a manufacturing facilities to perform a Quality Assurance or Appraisal. then once the inspection is complete providing results, and getting the data to the U.S. office which supplies that information to customers on a real time basis rather than a monthly report, as is now the current model.
Decisions need real time data to generate the best results for all parties involved.

As we know, being first to market with a solution is important. The software we are developing is unique in the jewelry appraisal industry. There are only a few companies that would utilize all of the functionality we are offering. We have a stable of current clients that we have relationships with using our current software.
The controlling of costs is always a factor in running and business profitably. All number are in USD. The monthly known costs at this time is $2,600.00 for data base monitoring and updates.
Sales will be based on a percent of sales at the rate of 5% per new client and those shifting to the new system for existing database clients.
Management will receive annual bonuses and salaries only after the company is profitable.
We are projecting all costs to develop the web based software to be covered in the first year and profitable thereafter.
Revenue will come from user access based on a yearly contact paid monthly. Our fees are based on the uniqueness of our product in the market. The cost savings and information gathering.
Clients will pay approximately $110,000 annually. The billing on a monthly basis will be $8,500.00 USD.
We anticipate in year one revenue of one hundred thousand dollars. Adding a second client in 2023 will give us annual revenue to $220,000.00 USD.
The revenue streams will come from existing clients who move to the web software, and then new clients, additional customers will be added as time and awareness grows.
Currently we have been working with existing clients to pars information from them about added services they want in the new system. As we develop these capabilities we will offer them to new clients when we attend trade shows and to visitors of our website.
